Private 1 on 1 training enables us to give you 100% of our attention to ensure safe effective technique and maximise your training sessions. We offer different session lengths and structure tailored to suit you.
Enjoy training with your friends
Semi private group training in small groups. Enjoy the company of your friends/family and have a fun but effective workout session. Keep each other accountable and strive together
Individualised training program with check ins
Train when and where convenient for you, while receiving personalised check ins and program to keep you on track to reaching your goals. (Recommended for intermediate or above)
